Project owners can rely on our Construction Managers to take care of the details that facilitate successful delivery of capital projects. OBEC offers a full range of construction management services from concept development, value engineering and design constructability reviews to leading the management and inspection of new construction, renovations, and repairs.

OBEC also maintains a full staff of professional construction inspectors capable of performing both structural and highway engineering inspection including Quality Assurance, ODOT and federal aid contract administration paperwork, contractor payments, labor compliance monitoring, fabrication plant inspection for prestressed beams, and construction staking, along with routine inspection of in-service bridges.

Many of our inspection staff members have more than 25 years of experience and provide industry-leading condition assessment, load rating, and seismic evaluation of numerous structure types. These include bridges, culverts, industrial buildings, retaining walls, sound walls, as well as an array of water-retaining structures and other specialty structures such as stormwater and potable water facilities and natural gas pipelines.
