Technical leadership for the design and construction of new highway projects including reconstruction, rehabilitation, and enhancement of roadways and transportation facilities has been a key service sector for OBEC since 1966. OBEC's team provides comprehensive transportation design ranging from rural roads and bikeways to complex urban freeways and interchanges.
In the planning phases, we conduct a careful analysis of the site considering both the contextual and environmental sensitivities. Our designers apply a regional lens to look at each community's particular needs, along with the realities of funding and maintenance.
In addition to delivering roadway projects, we collaborate with owners and contractors in project phasing and staged construction methodologies and constructability analyses.
