Brownfield Pre-Polymer Facility adjacent to existing operating plant
Scope of Work
• Front-end load based on similar facility at Paulsboro, NJ; +/-10% TIC
• Design and specify over 200 pieces of equipment and 1000 instrument devices
• 3D model with over 600 lines (pipe stress analysis on required lines)
• Approximately 700 tons of steel and 2500 cubic yards of concrete
• Hot oil jacketed piping and tankage
• Lump sum basic engineering and lump sum detailed design
