Description
On-Board was tasked with performing a comprehensive assessment, including MEP and CSA, for a large university building.
The On-Board team was tasked with determining the severity of each issue found and documenting it through the City Tune-Up spreadsheet, including costs and the schedule for repair or replacement.
Scope of Work
Access to some areas was difficult or off-limits. Still, On-Board was able to extrapolate from the existing information provided by the university and surrounding areas to determine issues within the inaccessible locations.

Communication with the Client on a weekly (or more frequent) basis was key to this project's success.
On-Board was able to determine precisely what the client required in the Tune-Up documents to create a sufficient assessment for the City.
