• Pigment plant required to meet discharge requirements for the
outfall stream as mandated by the Mexican Government agency
CONAGUA (CNA).
• Convert the disposal of a metal chloride waste stream,
generated with low-grade ore chlorination, to a neutral brine
solution and metal hydroxide through installation of new
neutralization and filtration facilities.
